Becoming Works (becomingworks.co and app.becomingworks.co) and drnataliepickering.com are run by Dr. Natalie Pickering. This page explains what we store and why.
What we store
- Your email address (and name, if you give it), so you can sign in with a one-time link and get your results.
- Assessment answers and scores, so your results and profile stay in your portal.
- Course progress: which lessons you've started and finished, and any certificates.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
- Inquiries: anything you send through a booking or contact form, so Dr. Natalie can reply.
Team assessments
On a Team Identity Map, each member sees their own profile. The team lead sees aggregates only, never an individual's answers or scores, and the team view stays locked until at least 3 members have finished, so no one can be singled out.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data or share your individual results with your employer, your team lead or anyone else. We send email only about your account, your results and your courses, plus replies to your inquiries.
Deleting your data
Email hello@becomingworks.co from the address on your account and we'll delete your account, answers and progress.
